We know that doing good... works. It just does. Some call it Kharma others might say it's following The Golden Rule. We developed a program that provides real world help for both the job seeker and small business owner.
This apprenticeship program, offered in partnership with the Missouri Career Center, provides the following*:
Each job seeker receives the opportunity to network with employers, learn new marketable skills, and earn a positive work reference. In addition, job seekers receive a bi-weekly email highlighting the new jobs available in their area. Also provided are helpful tips and education to improve the job seeker's resume, interviewing skills, and on-the-job skills.
Each employer who participates in this program receives an apprentice of her/his choice at no cost for 90 days at a time. This program is designed to help the small business owner grow and expand with additional help. We believe that this growth can help create jobs for American workers.
*While we cannot guarantee that every employer will receive a job seeker or that every job seeker will be invited to apprentice with an employer, we strongly encourage that each participant be provided with the opportunity to benefit from this program.

- Each computer equipped with external hard drive to store client files.

- All unused paper is recycled
- Nearly all plastic is recycled
- We encourage businesses to offer email newsletters rather than print
